Vintage Original Modernist African American Man Portrait Drawing Black Americana

Intriguing vintage, c70s/80s, original pastel portrait drawing of an older African/Black American man with mustache. Well done with nice attention to detail and capture of emotion, especially in the eyes. Medium is red pastel pencil on paper done in a Modernist style. No signature that I can note but perhaps signed on the reverse side.

Please note the rippling seen in the photos is only visible under intense light and not as noticeable when hung inside or in a regular lit room. Displays much nicer in person without the intense rippling. Protected behind glass, matted and framed in a contemporary stainless steel frame. Frame and matting are clean. Measures 13 1/2" x 15 1/2".
