RARE Vintage BLACK GI JOE Action figure #7900 with U. Comes with Uniform very nice tagged Hasbro. Tall Brown Boots very nice, Marine helmet marked Hong Kong the clips are present no strap and one clip is sideways still fits the figures head. Brown machine gun marked Hong Kong The Vintage black action figure is very nice for its age it has some of the normal stress cracks. Some missing painted hair, and a few touch up spots it looks like. All vintage Hasbro from 1966 which is the 2nd release African American black action soldier figure. See the pictures for better description.
