Antique 1890 Jolly little sailor 6 small doll restored, handcarved wooden limbs

Heres a little sailor, this little guy loves to eat! He's so jolly, headed for the pond to play with his sailboat... He poses nicely as you see.

His head is original antique from circa 1890... He was excavated from a factory in Thuringia, Germany... He had some firing spots on his forehead (see last picture, and he is the same make and size as the one who shows from the back) but, no breaks, no cracks, just a few little chips on the inside of his plate, the little things that got him discarded 130 years ago are those brown spots on his face!

His face was hand painted. Artist made body with Hand carved Manitoba Maple limbs, wired and poseable, (notice the little toes) hand made cute little body of vintage taffeta, giving his skin a warm glow..

Sailor suit in raw silk and vintage trim... And his toy boat, also handmade. His new wooden toy chest is included. He stands at about 6, barefoot because his feet are so sweet..
