Antique African American, Black Slaves, Dentist-Character/Print

Antique Victorian era, wood-framed Black Americana slave-woman/character print on old-board, having tooth-pulled, (with racist saying) possibly dentist advertising? The frame and the print are both very old, with the print having a grey color-back as per picture. Condition; antique-used and shows age and wear with the print having-board being yellowed from age and faded, wood frame has no major breaks but does show age most noticeable on the back.
