EARLY Pre Mattel Pleasant Company 148/16 Addy African American Girl Doll in Box

Beautiful vintage pre -Mattel Addy is stamped Pleasant Company 148/16 and is in gently used condition. She has squeezable vinyl and soft eyelashes (all intact). Her high quality Kanekalon hair had been tightly braided, and when I took it out, thought it resembled Cecile's look, so kept it. Addy can hold a pose, eyes function normally, and clean with no odors. Addy comes with her meet outfit - dress (tagged 1993), hoop earrings, high black ribbed stockings, black lace up boots, white pantalettes (1993), and blue hair ribbon. Addy comes with two wrist tags - one describes hair care, and the other general care of Addy and states Dolls Made in Germany.

" Brochure "Addy Walker is also included. Addy comes in the white box with iridescent images of Samantha - letters AD written on the end. The Pleasant Company band is also included - box and band are in great shape - very minor shelf wear.
