Rare Vintage Funtime African American Sindy Doll Foreign Issue Black Hair

From some research I did, I believe this is a Foreign Issue doll. I bought her from the original owner here in Canada. Her white sandals are marked Sindy.

Her back is marked Hong Kong. Her head is marked 033055X. I'm not very familiar with Sindy dolls so please let me know if I have the information on her wrong. At first I thought she was Gayle but her body and hair is different.

Hair needs attention but looks to be full and all there. I rely on my camera to capture the condition of my items.
