VINTAGE 1978 MATTEL BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN DANCERELLA 18 BALLERINA DOLL WORKS. Up for sale is a vintage 1978, Mattel African American 18 Dancerella doll in her original box. She is in nice cosmetic condition and is in working order. There are a couple of small marks on her costume and her hair is a bit tousled. She requires 2 "C" batteries (not included).
