This is a Rare Vintage Dusty Friend African American Skye 12 Doll - Trade In Special by Kenner. To get this doll you had to bring an old doll to the store, trade it for this doll & pay an extra 1.99. Doll looks good comes with original box & paperwork.

BUT the doll's head does not turn & her legs at the thighs don't bend. This is common with the Dusty & Skye dolls to get melt marks.

Melt marks were a chemical reaction result of the rubber touching the plastic causing it to melt together. I have not tried to force the movement because I don't want the head or legs to break off.
