Vintage Minimalist Painting African American Black Figures UWO Mystery Artist

Intriguing vintage 70s/80s Modernist watercolor painting. Depicts an interesting Minimalist scene of African American figures standing and sitting in various poses and activities including shooting a gun, the top right corner has the letters UWO which I'm assuming stands for an organization of sorts. Medium is watercolor on paper done in a Minimalist style.

No signature that I can note; quite worthy of further research. Provenance comes from a central Massachusetts area estate. Exhibits gentle wear and rippling and two small edge tears. Measures 23 5/8" x 18".
